Instagram Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions – Vitalite Random Acts of Kindness Day Competition:

Prize

The prize is a £50 Sainsbury’s e-gift voucher which is valid for twelve (12) months from the 17th February 2024. There will be one (1) winner. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

How to participate

In order to enter this prize promotion you must:

1. Follow @Vitalite on Instagram
2. Like the competition post
3. Leave a comment on the competition post stating what you use Vitalite for.

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

You may enter this promotion a maximum of one (1) time. Duplicate comments from the same account will not be counted as duplicate entries.

Restrictions and requirements

Competitions are open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

You must have a valid email address in order to accept the prize.

Closing date

The closing date for receipt of entries is Sunday 18th February 2024 at 23:59pm Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

Selection of a winner

The winner will be selected at random from the valid entries received during the promotion period.

Notification and announcement of the winner

The Promoter will notify the winner via Instagram direct message from the @Vitalite account within 72 hours of the closing date. The winner will then have 48 hours to confirm that they have received the message and provide an email address where they would like their prize sent to.

If the winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours a new winner will be selected from the original entrants, via the same random selection method.

Once the selected winner responds to the message the winning user will be announced on the original competition post. If you don’t want your username and/or first name to be announced please let us know. Please note, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority we will need to provide your username/name.

Use of personal data

Your personal data will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy set out below.

Liability

The Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
